My Tahoe wont start unless someone taps on my fuse box. I have power and the fuses are good, tried swapping relays and still didnt fix the problem. This started happening ever since the weather got cold. When it sits for long in the cold it wont start unless the fuse box is being tapped. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

I moved your thread to the Engine & Drivetrain section since the tech section is for "Here is where you will find technical write ups on installs and how to's." and not for questions. Hopefully someone will help soon...

Obviously some connection is loose.

The vibration makes it make contact.

Cold makes things contract too. Plastics expand with heat.

Did you check the wire that goes from cues box to ground aswell as the one that goes to motor? There should asla be plugs under the fuse box those could be loose and corroded
