225k on the original 4l60e?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? im on my third one =O!.......i got 188k on mine but i go muddin....alot.....i mean ALOT

I'm at 256,*** and still running strong. Original unmolested engine, trans was still good @ 170 when i had it built.

it all depends on the driver. stay on top of the matinace. and also the way you drive.

aftermarket cooler i thought about that my buddy has one on his jeep an hes been out with me almost everytime an still hasnt destroyed his where could i find these and for how much ?

Look at summitracing and get the biggest that will fit. And get one thats like a mini radiator called the plate-type. I like the B&M.

i think trailbazer is talking about a bigger one alltogether i replaced my oem one already a few years ago after a tree i ran over popped a hole in one of the viens.... does this make the system bigger by adding more fluid (allowing more fluid cool down time ) or is it just a bigger surface area cooler??
