Tahoe Zerk locations

About to go change the oil and filter and wanting to know how many zerk fittings I have on a 99 (OBS) 4wd Tahoe, and where they are.

Also, what brand /type of grease is best.

The common ones are upper and lower ball joints, inner and outter rod ends, idler and pitman arm ... U-joints
