I keep mine in a soft case like the one below (not quite sure of the size). That way I can leave the big fat cable connected to it.

EDIT: the one I have is the 16" version of that one.

So with Tech-2, do I need CANdi module for a 2007?
What "old" software is required to download and play on Win10 lap top?
And it sounds like USB - Serial adapter may be required?

Like I said, more questions than answers.

Yes, you need the CANdi module for your 07. The module came with my Tech 2.

Old software is Windows XP, though some others on this Forum have had success with newer Windows software versions.

Unless your machine has an old serial port, you will need to purchase a USB - Serial port adapter on Amazon.

on weekends, when I'm at home, I can give you the measurements.
I bought the case in Germany on Ebay and measured all the dimensions of the Tech2 and accessories and thought about how it fits best into the case and then ordered
