What cable do I need to use a laptop for tech2win?

I have the laptop below which does not appear to have bluetooth:

DELL Latitude E6420 Notebook - Core i5-2520M 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR3L, 320GB HDD, DVD-ROM, 14" HD, DVD-ROM,USB 2.0, Ethernet, WiFi, Win 10 Pro 64-bit, 1 Year Warranty, Grade ARefurbished - PC5-3323-REF

I might be stuck with this laptop so I though I might use it for this. I bough it for the wife but failed to notice it didn't have a camera. She doesn't want it so I got her a better unit. Been trying for 3 weeks to get a return authorization from the seller but getting dicked around.

Now I am considering putting it to work as a diagnostic tool and for doing some BalckBear tuning. I need a cheap way to connect it

There should be like a telephone type cable and 9-pin serial adapter that came with it. The cable plugs into the adapter and becomes a 9-pin serial plug. Most newer PCs don't have the 9-pin serial port so you have to get a USB to Serial adapter.
