Since we are going to be in Ft. Worth Friday getting a Black Bear tune by Justin, Dave and I decided to go to the San Antonio Raceway and get some numbers to compare the before and after. It was test and tune night and there weren't many people there so we got in several runs and got some really good numbers to compare.

My best ET was 16.3750 @ 83.38 in the Tahoe. My worst run was 16.4781 @ 82.95. The truck put down very consistent times and I feel very confident that these numbers are an accurate representation of it's everyday performance. I have a Corsa Sport CBE and a Spectre CAI.

Dave had some traction problems in the Trail Blazer SS. His best run was 14.7434 @ 94.26 and his worst was 15.2900 @ 91.24. Not quite as consistent but it was his first time at the track...ever.

Now for the fun part.

Good job. That looks like a lot of fun, can't wait for the follow-up video after the BB tune.

Got our tunes today so everything is a go. We'll schedule a trip back to the track as soon as possible. All I have to say is Justin is a genius.

Sweet! We ran a 13.8 in our TBSS in the 1/4 with just a tune (and a full tank of gas). I would assume Dave would be around that or better, if he has mods.

Nah, he's just running bone stock right now. We are gonna try to get to the track this week. Dave's shooting for 13.9 and I'm shooting for 16.0. I told him he should go ahead and buy a Snell approved helmet just in case he does break 13.99. Wish I had that worry. :)

Glad to hear everything was ok on Friday. Wish you guys the best.
