total cost was about 500 after market all OEM used stuff could of got the hole clip for 600 and then had to paint it! but yeaon the bumper brackets all we did was move them down to where it didnt sit flush!

im gettint this done =D im going to get the hd cap and grill first....then later the hd hood when i have $$ to paint it so im not driving around w/ a black hood

Hey 1lowhoe04 would you be interested in maybe doing the bumper mounts for me? I'm up in okc. I got the Hood in paint now and the grille and cap ain't to expensive. Just painting then is LOL.

shooot... i was gunna pm him and ask some questions bout this mod.
ALLL i want to know is my 04 Tahoe stock bumper the same bumper he is using dropped 2" and with a 01-02 2500 HD top bumper trim piece part number of 31-3351 from LMCtruck.com for $79.95.
And while im on subject the oem replacement grill p# 39-4128 for 199.95
And 01-02 2500 HD hood which i have.
