So if I don't have the HID kit it's going to run me at least $200 more? That's pretty much around Black Flame Custom pricing and that's just for low beams right?

$100 more if you don't have your own HID kit. Id get a quote with no HID kit or bulbs and then buy a set from DDM Tuning for $50. My kit works great for the last 3 years. no issues
