What I love about my Kon is the room it has and overall the exterior looks SICK IMO. What I don't like is the 5.3L motor and transmission it had its not as good as my 07 F150. Sorry fellas it's just that when I WOT it in the F150 I'm immediately thrown back into my seat and it doesn't stop as opposed to the Kon it just makes noise lol.

I don't even hate the gas mileage that much. It's just part of it

Thank you Burb!!! Why complain about gas mileage, everyone knew what they were getting into when they bought these rigs! They are tanks, especially if you throw bigger than 22" wheels and wide 305 tires on them. I am actually very impressed by the gas mileage, I get 15-16 in town and have taken it 3 times over mountain passes on a 5hr trip and everytime I have got 17.5-18.1 MPG, and look BADASS doing it. Now if you want to complain about gas mileage, same trip from East WA to West Wa my Dodge 2500 w/Hemi and 35" got 5mpg most of the trip, that is why we now have a Tahoe and I will be getting a diesel in the future. hahaha.

Lets see I LOVE everything that is why i bought it brand new w/33 miles on it. only thing is I hope when my kids get a little older 2-3 years from now, I hope i can find Bucket seats for it, we were going to buy one with them but babies car seat is safest in the middle and it made more sense for this time in our lifes. Also sometimes i regret not buying a new BURB for the extra room but oh well we make it work just fine. I LOVE our Tahoe, first GM product i have ever owned also. SORRY FOR THE RANT!

As all cars, there will not be a completely perfect car....My denali? i love the power (will be even more with a blower), the looks (ya ya everyone ditches the yukon front vs the tahoe but i actually like it more) the car like handling, the ease of mods, MPGS isnt too bad for its size, etc etc...

Dislikes? the plastic door handles inside, always feel like they will snap....non auto up windows, as well as how they rattle when down while driving...the HIGH DEFINITION navi display, i feel like im playing Atari...the stupid auto lights that turn on every time i drive it, always find myself turning them off and pressing the fog light button right after, flimsy rear arm rests....

When my AC compressor went out, I went to the dealer to get it fixed. While it was there I got them to tighten my 2nd row bucket seats arm rests and now they are nice and tight... so thats something that can definitely be fixed!!

Also, i hate the MPG's on the 6.2L. The esky's didn't get AFM until 2010 so mine doesn't have it therefore resulting in 11.1 mpg's. Although like Jacob said earlier it is expected and comes with the territory of owning a 6,000 lb. vehicle :/

So that mean that I CAN complain cause my wife's 07 Tahoe gets the same if not less MPGs than you and she only has a 5.3, AFM, and it's only Rwd.

thing i love the most about my OBS yukon- probally the looks i get everything from the WTF to WIN looks and just overall feeling i get when im driving it everytime i contiplated selling it and i drive newer vehicles i just dont get that feeling hard to explain i guess chevy does run deep

Thing i hate the MOST - THE DAMN HUBS , ive replaced 5 sets total in my truck in the last 3 years . Knock on wood but this set (the cheapest set yet) is holding up so far although mudding didnt help and neither worn sus parts probally didnt help much, it seems the hubs are flawed idk maybe its just me but . GAS MILEAGE??? come on guys common sense should have told you that -not bashing anyone- but seriously, i would understand if this were a prius forum and gs mileage was an issue but these things are 10 pounds shy of being classified as M1 abrams 2.0 tanks from the DOT and DMV , jus puttin that out there

My neighbor has an 07 2wd Z71 with slightly larger tires and he gets 12-13 and another neighbor has either a 2010 or 11 but I know it has the 6 speed and she was showing 12 on her DIC.

The console lid........Argh. Mine won't stay up sometimes. (I mean the lid people)././ And it seems it is too far back IMO.
