Are you referring to your definition of “spirited driving” or the normal man’s definition?:driver:
About (3) 0-100 wide open throttle runs should get any bubbles out  any additional leaks will likely rear their head in the process. If anything else blows out in the process then it was about to go anyway
I'm kidding sort of, one 0-100 should be enough to tell if everything is solid

Took advice and did some "spirited" driving with left and right turns. Gauge still sits at 210....
I'm pretty sure its all related....i sometimes get no heat or too much heat.
I've had temp set at 78 and gotten no heat....last night i took it down to 68 and still was getting heat..

Wth...

An analog gauge, if that's what you're using, isn't the best way to see what the actual temp is; you may want to use an inexpensive scanner to see what the ECT sensor is reporting as the coolant temp.

if the gauge shows normal and the heat produced by the hvac system varies from drive to drive then it's probably a blend door actuator being goofy.

I asked on post #6 and you replied on post #7. I am confused.
Confused about what? I replaced thermostat cuz i temp gauge would drop to 0 and fans would come on. Replaced ECT and problem came back. Everyone said replace thermostat and that would fix it, so thats what i did.

Lookin at vacuum fill kit from Harbor Freight https://www.harborfreight.com/cooli...MI9drjr5j2iwMVoWFHAR3Orzc5EAQYASABEgJLu_D_BwE
....but it says you hook it to radiator cap....So how would that work on mine?
