lower ohm's means less resistance. which means more power to the subs. but yes that amp will work. you can drop the sub wiring down to 1 ohm and get some major bass from them. here is a 1 ohm wiring diagram

wire up your subs like this and you will get the most out of them

the 250.2 will not run at 1 ohm.

get 4 07C108's, wire each amp, to each pair of subs, will work perfectly, 250-300 per pair, so right at 125-150 watts each.

wire like this:

you were dead on in your research man.

So wtf, 4 10" Kicker comps WILL work? I'm so confused now. Anyways, it doesn't really matter now I guess since im going to buy 3 12" Kicker comps tomorrow.

$200 seems like a good deal. Hoping the 2 amps will power these + speakers all around, if not I may have to sell them and get something that does. I hate how confusing car audio is lol.

Picked up the subs today. Here's a pic of them in the back of my tahoe:

Need to sell my Xbox and my drum set, and I guess the 2 amps I just bought from blueflamed :(, and then il be able to buy the bigger amp, speakers, and head unit. The guy who sold em to me said they are about 300 rms a piece and that I should get a 1000w amp. So im gonna look at what Crunch, HiFonics & Kicker have to offer for multichannel 1000w amps.

You dont need a 1000w multi channel amp.. you NEED an amp to run mono AND a 4 channel.. you can get a bs 1000w sony for $70 NEW.. to push the subs.. and it will work.. not amazingly.. but it has worked on a budget for many before you..

Then use the 2 you have to push the doors

$60 refurbished.. free shipping

$82 shipped..

I own one of these and it pushed 3 jl 12w1s with more than enough power that the wifey would only listen to it with all 4 windows all the way down

Neither are AMAZING.. but both are ridiculously cheap.. and paired with the other 2 to push your doors will make a really decent sounding system
