I recently spent two weeks in Savannah, GA, for work. Loved it, awesome city. Butttt I had to take a rental (company policy), and they gave me a 2011 crew cab Dodge Ram with the 4.whatever V-8. It rode great, got good gas mileage. Then I got back home to my Tahoe after those two weeks and driving it home it felt like it was a Corvette. Seriously felt light as a feather and I thought I was Tony Stewart on the Interstate.

Now if I only had a 6.2....

I do miss my 6.0L tuned Powerstroke. That thing would FLY. Unbelievable how fast it could move that much weight.

After owning a 5.3L, it makes me LOVE the 6.2L -that- much more. It hauls ass for a 6,000 lb. vehicle!

6,2 has a nice exhaust note and my Denali XL is extremely comfortable for long trips. The power definitely moves the 6000lbs easily, even when you are carrying another 800-1000 lbs or so. It just swallows luggage/equipment also.
