think i broke my front diff :(

well today i had some spare time so i figured i would at least drain the front dif and see if i see metal in there or whatever....both the drain and fill plugs were hand tight and there was like 1/4 cup of oil in the dif!!!! i dumped almost 3 things of lucas dif oil in there and just came back from a 15 mile drive.....everything seems to be ok

I'm jealous of your front yard.

Oh, and I would figure out where all that fluid went, not a good sign to have lost so much, period.

im gonna keep watching it .....im also gong to re change it at my next oil change

thinking i am going to change the rear diff transfer case and trans too while im at it
