Third brake light

I have a 2006 Yukon Denali XT. High brake light is out. Confirmed unit is bad. Would a unit from an Escalade fit on the rear window? Seems the window is the same.

They will not fit, i encounter this personally myself you will have to get the entire glass, plastic piece and third break light from the escalade

the mounting holes on the rear glass of the tahoe has 3 holes the escalade one has 2 thus not allowing it to line up.

I would like to take a crack at repairing one of these, but I don't know if it's cost effective. There would be shipping both ways, and of course I would have to charge.
It would be a smaller box though, maybe it would fit in a USPS flat rate box?
