Finally picked her up and oh man was she worth the wait! My lady absolutely loves her new ride, and I am happy she has a newer, safer, fully equipped vehicle that she deserves! 900 mile drive home and other than the 2 hour traffic jam on a rural highway due to nasty accident not a single hiccup!

Next week she'll be going in for a spa day, clear bra/ ceramic coatings, windshield tint and then eventually a leveling kit with new wheels and tires!

Finally picked up our Yukon this past Saturday! Put almost two hundred miles on it already and we love it.

Our complete order to delivery timeline is as follows:

Build details:
-2023 Yukon XL Denali
-6.2
-Volcanic red
-22” polished aluminum
-Sunroof
-2nd row bench
-Max tow

Order timeline and updates:
-Order placed at dealer on 3/07/23
-Dealer received allocation on 04/03/23
-Order accepted by GM 05/11/23
-Vehicle has been built email from GMC 05/29/23 (Vehicle was not actually built but we did get a TPW of 6/5/23)
-vehicle built (for real this time) 6/6/23
- Shipment email from GMC 6/13/23
-vehicle arrived at dealership 6/27/23
-picked up a dealership 7/1/23

All the deliveries in this thread are consistent with GM's Q2 2023 sales data. Suburban is up 87%, Tahoe is up 39%, and the Yukon is up 118%.

I think Q3 will continue to show an improvement over these numbers. At some point, GM will reach a point where supply will match demand as interest rates continue to increase and squeeze out non cash buyers.

Order placed 3/24 and it's still not been accepted....GMC Yukon Denali...

My order was placed 3/23 and accepted on Saturday 7/15. Volcanic Red Denali with jet black interior. 22” gloss black multi spoke wheels, power assist running boards, air suspension, panoramic Sun roof, and max trailering package.

Mine actually popped up a couple of weeks ago but the power running boards were on constraint so I passed. I didn’t think it would come back around this fast with all my requested options available. Hopefully you hear something soon!

5/24 : Preliminary Order Accepted by GM
6/15 : Dealer said they got the allocation
6/30 : "order has been accepted for production" email
7/14 : "order has been built" email.
7/17 : "vehicle is on the move" email. VIN and window sticker showing in online inventory search, "in transit"

Curious how long it take to delivery to Northeast.
