Throttle body spacers?

Im looking to get one, even though i know they really dont do anything but make noise. But i heard that throttle body spacers dont really get loud on chevy's. why is this? i had one on my f150 and i loved the whistling sound it made. Anyone know a throttle body spacer that will get loud on my tahoe?

Don't waste your money on it.
It has no performance gains on these SUVs and is not worth the $$ for just the sound.

Supposidly the Jet Powr-Flo doesn't make any noise. I thought it was a good idea until I realized - wait a minute, these trucks are fuel injected so what does this thing do? IDK some people comment they notice gains. Jet also has a MAF. If I was going to go hog wild I would try the Jet TBI spacer, Jet MAF sensor, and a Volant CAI all at the same time to see what happened to my MPG...
