I agree with the oxy acetylene torch, but Mapp gas is a good second. You need to get them glowing red and goes easy with a ratchet first, and impact will just make a mess of it if they don't fit perfectly.

You can also heat the stuf where it mounts in the manifold and try to back out the whole deal and just put in all new hardware. They key though is HOT. Another old trick for that is getting it hot and then melting a candle onto it. The heat will draw in the wax like solder to copper. Sometimes it helps to free up the threads.
