tips on getting stock tweeters out of pillars

Hey guys may be a bumb question but I can't figure out how to get the tweeters out of the pillars without damaging the pillers / stock tweets.

Have the rest of the car stripped down to bare metal and dynamatted but can't get the damm tweets out.
