I want my sub to hit harder and i know it can. Only problem is when I turn my amp up to max power which shouldn't overpower my sub I get interference from anything. Even the turn signals will make the sub hit for some reason. I had to turn down the amps power output but if I go too low then my amp screams. I dont think I can run any more power to the sub than I have. My only other settings are the X-Over(40hz-400Hz), Hi-Pass(Low-Off-High), and Bass Boost

dude what the hell is wrong with your suv? loose the 12 gauge ground wire and get one of at least 8 gauge. then deal with left over effects after that change.

set the low pass to like 125 hz.

To get more bass turn the bass boost on and turn the gain up. Big amp wiring, good grounds, and good voltage helps. Big 3 upgrade will give you more power.

I have no idea why the sub is hitting with the turn signals...what did you do?
