I liked a tire wrangler at/s
275 65r20

Anybody run this size tire or think there would be a problem running them on a stock, unlisted suburban?

Depends on offset but I ran a 285 70 on mine with no lift for a while.

See my reply in the other thread, no way you can go that big without a lift

I don't think you can even get 275/60/20 without a lift, you'll likely rub when turning

I am looking to do the same. Did anyone actually try this size without lift?

Just go to your tire shop and have them mount a 275/65/20 on the front - you'll be able to tell right away that it won't work

Actually I was thinking about 275/60 not 275/65. Any idea if that would fit?

See what I wrote above, I seriously doubt it fits without rubbing unless you lift the front

2 inch level in the front and I believe you can clear 275/60r20 with minimal to no trimming, and could get away with 275/65r20 with trimming and probably minor norcal mod. Not really going to be able to fit really anything bigger stock though, cause of the square fender wells, unless you want wider, in which case you can run like 305/50r20 and probably get away with little to no trimming as well.
