To what is this hose connected to?

I have a 93 TBI model and this hose in the picture is missing, where is it connected to? I don’t know much about cars, an answer with a picture would be great, Thanks.

that runs down behind the driverside headlight to the evap canister..
its useually hard plastic and breaks apart.. replace it with rubber line.
