Unscrews from the door panel itself--just need to eyeball it--but you have to take the door panel off 1st. I think it's something like 3 or 4 screws to take it off the panel. @Sam Harris might know for sure. You guys can negotiate a fair price I'm sure. Yes, you need to remove the panel. That’s how I learned NOT to do it. I watched a video where it showed one being removed without taking the panel off. Well, that breaks shit.
