I agree that you need to let him know right away that he needs to get in this now, not in a week it two. He isn’t going to do shit if you don’t let him know you’re fed up. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. He is taking advantage of you being nice just because he isn’t charging much. At this point your discount isn’t worth it, is it? It wouldn’t be for me. He told me he has to go to Florida--again--to pick up a car this week. I'm just so frustrated, pissed off,disgusted--I actually need time to cool off. I don't want to say anything now thatI'll regret later. He still does have my truck. So the time is more for me then it is for him. I actually am a hot head--but I have to go into this calmly.

Tell him you’ll go to Florida and get the damn car so he can keep his ass in the shop fixing your Tahoe. You get a bunch of windshield time to cool down and he gets to not have his ass reamed.

You did notice I had “chat” in quotes, right? Many ways to communicate. I am a firm believer that the careful application of terror is an effective form of communication.
