So my new to me truck has a completely torn firewall grommet. I suspect from where someone may have attempted to run an amp power wire. At this point the "plug" part of the grommet is undamaged , and its sealed from the back, but the front is torn away all the way around. GM does not make this part and there is no aftermarket. What have any of you done to repair this? So far I've though to flex seal tape, butyl tape, hvac tape, fill remaining area with windshield adhesive..... I'm grasping at straws here but want it sealed from the front as well. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Windshield adhesive is the route I would explore. Clean everything good, throw the goo at it
