torsion keys

Hi everyone. I have a 99 tahoe 4 door, 4 wd and I want to take my suspension back down to factory ride height. I bought it with what I think is a 3" block and torsion key kit and it looks like its putting a lot of stress on the cv shafts and front end components. I know there's a lot of yall who've lifted or lowered your trucks and have the oem torsion keys just collecting dust. I want to know if there is anyone who would want to sell the oem keys, adjusting bolts, and the cross pieces that the bolts screw in to, and ship them to me? I would like to pay no more than $20-$30 for the parts and shipping. I live in southern California where the closest junk yard is about 3 hours away and plus I don't have the tools to take them apart at the junk yard.

just sayin.. if you dont have the tools to do it at the yard you still dont have them to do at your house...

can you not un-crank the leveling keys enough?

I know I don't have the tools. I wasn't planning on installing the keys at home. I am having it done by a mechanic friend. And even if I lower the keys all the way right now it still seems that the cv shafts are at a stressful angle.

please post some pics of the current axle angles please so we can evaluate your situation here?

yeah pics would help. mine are cranked 3" and the angles dont look all that bad
