i have been researching this for a while now.. yes it can be done.. but there are some things you have to look at... clearance of the front shaft.. is main item to watch.. but yes in "short explanation" you replace your shocks with coil overs... a company made a 6" coiler suspension lift kit for the NBS few years back but didnt sell many kits and is no longer in business.. so what i plan to do is build me a nice set of long travel Fox with dual spring variable spring rates..

may i ask what your "angle" or theory for doing this is.??? mine is ride quality mainly..

also you are looking at an easy $1,000-1,800 mod.. this is why i have not done it yet..

got ya.. i feel ya there.. i want better travel, ride and no F'n bars... it just pricy.. take some measurements.. and start looking.. you may have to make a shock hoop.. would allow more options for longer travel CO. i have found sets on line used for decent prices.. but there is no true "bolt in" option.. you will most likely need to fab something.. i would consider possibly a aftermarket upper control arm.. that has a more open design for clearance of the 3" coil

sas that thing, better option in most peoeples eyes considering the swap is a pain in the ass for minimal gain.

It's all loose loose unless you truly want the item.

Add coil overs to a IFS and gain no strength. Or swap a solid and link it with coil overs or leaf springs and gain tons of strength. If I go bigger than 32s I'm doing D60 and 14
