Can this paint be used for minor scratches?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I purchased a combo paint and lacquer kit for my truck from the dealer, based on my VIN number.

Best bet would be a GM dealer ship purchase...it may match better than Mopar paint codes.

That said, a syringe or the like is far better for applying the paint to small areas.

Most touch ups look bad due to excess paint on top of the highest level of paint, you want to fill the low or voided area only, not just a brush over the surrounding area

I’d compound and wet sand first. How minor is the scratch? Usually if you need touch up it’s going to look like crap. Touch up us ok for chips but a scratch I never seen it come out good.
