Confirming Towing Package

GM customer service, I was recently told by a Chevy dealer selling a 2013 GMC Yukon XL 1500 SLT that they all include a " towing package" standard, including the tea mission cooler, integrated braking, hitch, etc. Is this true, and can you confirm what these VINs have regarding towing:

Is it a 4x4? If so, look at the 4wd selector knob. If its got the 2 speed transfer case (4H and 4L) then it's got the towing package.

Also does the towing package incorporate a higher rear end? It seems to me like the rear end of my vehicle including the fender gap is higher than most Tahoe's I see??
