Tow question..Location

How do I tell if it is on or off. The tow option I mean. Mine is located on the steering column 2002 tahoe

Should be a yellow trailer icon that is displayed in the cluster when the button is pressed.

One of those wires usually breaks from rubbing. Easy enough to fix tho.
