Trailering a 31' scarab boat

There is some scuttlebut about GM pulling the 4.5L Duramax off the shelves and putting it in the half ton pickups for the new bodystyle (2014). If that happens it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to start offering it as an option in the Yukons/Tahoes.

I had a 2009 3/4 ton suburban, then went to a 2011 2500HD with duramax. No comparison in towing ability.

Wouldn't even consider towing a 30' plus boat with anything less.
