Six months ago we were stranded on I-5 and had to sit on the side of the freeway for 4 hours. Finally got it to the shop and they diagnosed a bad TC. Luckily, we bought the extended warranty, so it paid for itself.

A month after, we noticed a leak between the boot and TC. Brought it back and they fixed it.

Last week we saw the leak again. <Most recent pic attached>

Thoughts?

Yea, it could be a bad seal, most likely. Or it could be a cracked case, least likely.

I took it in this morning. They cleaned it up and put some dye in the fluid to better detect where the leak is coming from before they start replacing parts. I'll drive it for 300 miles then check for leaks. If it's leaking, I'll bring it back for them to examine further.
