Transmission Issues - shaking, hard shift, should this be warrantied?

I was still within my CPO bumper-to-bumper warranty, so I would assume that one?

I just don't see why this still would not be able to be covered under your powertrain. Transmission is a part of the powertrain...

It should be, my 2013 with 49k miles had the trans covered by powertrain when it had issues.

Maybe seek another Dealer if there is one in your area.
