Truck bounces while braking

They are sailing marks.. I race a 15' catamaran sailboat.. I had them on there to take them down the beach to the chase boat.. It's a good walk otherwise..

that has got to be something grabbing in the brake like surface contamination no warps or something is loose in the suspension. there is no other explanation i can think of right now.

OK, stupid question.....Is this happeneing at the same place on the same road/drive/ramp, etc. It might not be your truck but the road surface. Having trailer would exaberate the situation even more. I have a local road that looks good, looks flat and yet every time my wife or I drive on it we swear the front end is going to fall off. There are micro ripples in the surface from the way pavers compacted(rolled) the finished blacktop. I hit that road on the bike one time and I thought I was loosing the front wheel. A stop light is near this and when I hit brakes moderately hard the whole truck shakes like a wheel is loose. Just a thought........
