Trying to do front windshield tint - how does rear view mirror come off?

That is a good point. But no I wasn't doing the whole windshield just the top sun visor. But even that is illegal here in MN.

I was against the idea of having my WS tinted, until I did it that is. I went with a clear, or damn near clear tint, for solar protection/cooling only. The difference it made on the inside temperature of the truck was absolutely amazing. I have recently replaced the WS due to a crack and my wife is begging me to retint it for the heat alone. Just my .02

i did the same to both of my vehicles.. with the side windows tinted you can barely tell
