I could do somerset....

Confused on the pricing. $80 downpayment, $260 balance, $40 discount with autocal purchase... that can't be $40 discount to the $600....is there a different autocal hardware price?

Hello,

The in-person tune price is $340. The AutoCal is priced at $599. If you wanted to purchase an AutoCal with the in-person tune to be able to return back to factory settings, the AutoCal is discounted down to $270 and the in-person tune down to $300 for a total of $570.

Is there anyway you could get a tune event up in the northeast somewhere? I'd love to get an in person tune but not wanting to drive to D.C. which is the closest to me, I'm sure you'd get a ton of interest

Hello,

We've had events a few times in Amherst, MA, but haven't seen enough interest to justify another event there as of late. We do have a trip to north-central new jersey tentatively planned as well

I asked in another thread about buying/using a used Autocal. This was the reply I got from @BlackBearPerf:

If the AutoCal is purchased from us the tune and license is $325, if it purchased from another company the tune and license is $350. You may also have to contact them to un-link the device.

I was able to buy a used Black Bear Autocal from the GMFS forum classified section. I'm just saving my pennies to do the email tune. If there was a in person event near me, I might do that for the first tune and flash, just to walk through the steps. If not, I'll do it myself. I've rooted and flashed ROMs on cellphones, so it can't be more complicated than that.

Thanks for the info... I'm contemplating on doing to live tune again only because I'm a novice to the tune world and I'm afraid to jack things up if I did it through email, even though I bought the autocal I rather pay a lil extra just to make sure it's done right.

Blackbear sends detail instructions and everything you need. If you can read and follow word for word instructions, you will have no problems with email tune.

@BlackBearPerf I purchased a BB AutoCal last year for email tunes @ the $599 price (plus $50 for the hard case). Never got around to using it on my NBS Silverado SS (long story) but was told I could use the AutoCal on my wife's NBS Escalade. Could I sign up for the in-person tuning event without having to pay any additional money since I already paid full price for an as of yet unused BB AutoCal?

Your better off sending them a PM seems they have no interest in doing a tune event in the Northeast even tho we could get enough people interested
