As far as customer sercice goes so far, they are knowledgeable about their products and will go the distance to find out the issue. They called the store I bought them from. They are going the distance to make sure I, as a customer, lost or not, am at least getting an answer and helping me ease my mind my internals didn't get chewed up. But I think I will leave the AC Delcos in there for awhile.

You can tell by the first picture there was obvious physical contact made and yet the E3 circle jerk goes on. You (atleast I can) tell by the pic those are way too long for a std small block Chevy head. Looks like you have plugs for a Vortec head, they have a longer reach.

Verdict came in.. awhile ago. I just forgot to post. They scoped the motor r to make sure it dint do any damage to either the pistons or the valves. Thankfully no damage. E3 was having an issue with packaging supposedly. The plugs sold to me where for a newer Tahoe. So they refunded me the money for the plugs, paid for a new set of my choice and also paid for the motor scoping.. at a garage of my choice. Can't beat that! They are helpful and don't seem to beat around the bush if something doesn't add up. Customer service: A+ Product knowledge: A+ Product: F... So far. Will try them after a review from someone else.
