Tutorial for swapping drop spindles...?

Any good vids or tips-n-tricks out there for swapping in a set of BellTechs?

Seems like there's always a couple of things that make it go smoother if you've done it before....

My Belltech spindles came with instructions, it's a pretty straight forward remove stock spindle and install Belltech spindle.

Did you have to trim the stud for clearance?

I knew it was a basic swaparoo, sometimes there's a trick or two that makes jobs go easier. That's all I was curious about...

I could do a write up when i do mine, the parts are here but the weather is cold and im a wuss..lol. the shop isnt heater yet, do you know how bad it sucks to have a shop with a lift and anything else i need but no heat....its 25 right now here in NW Ohio

I didn’t! And I was fully expecting to do so after reading most others install experience. ‘15 Denali XL 4WD.

I trimmed nothing, straight remove and reinstall. No rubbing, binding, or any odd noises from up front.

Down here in the south we say, "Do you how bad it is to have a shop with a lift and everything else but no fan and AC!" LOL

If you haven't done this yet, 1 tip I'll offer - install the ring & top wheel hub bolt before installing the upper ball joint cuz the hub bolt won't pass the ball joint after it's installed. I'll think about other things I ran across doing mine recently.

BTW, I also felt like the BellTech 2514 only dropped my front 1" compared to the advertised 2". Unfortunately I was coming from a different set of drop hardware so I don't have measurements - just trying to get it back on the road fast.
