:D I've never bought headlights off there but I'm tossing around getting a set of tail lights off of there.

I've been kicking this idea around as well since its no secret that the c/k series headlights are certainly lacking something in the "good vision" department. I have never owned a c/k truck that has had good lighting when it comes to headlights. Always dull and don't really project for shit. Even with perfectly clear lenses and let me tell you the ones I have now on the Yuk... are in need of a serious restoration of replacement.

So my question is this, why spend the $$$ on these stock appearing replacement lenses versus just getting the resotring kit from like McGuire's or something simliar and doing that?

You will never get them clear, just can't happen. I tried many times until I gave up and replaced them with TYC, I wish I would have done it sooner

Yes Atomic is correct! Don't buy eBay lights! I wish I had been a part of this forum before I bought them.

And bowtiefreak is also correct, the stock headlights will never return to their original condition. I tried to restore mine before I bought the new ones several times using different kits with unsatisfying results. Save your time and money and just buy the new lights!

SOLD! Placing order today. Any suggestions on bulbs? Don't want "blue" light or HID's just something a step up from factory.

^^^ this, I am happy with mine. People are always yelling at me because they think I have my brights on (Might have a little to do with the height of the truck though)
