U joint part numbers

Need to replace all by u joints and was wondering if anyone knows the part numbers, I’ve been looking on here and haven’t found anything. Also are there any tips on installation of the new ones or taking out the old ones since they have that stupid plastic crap that hold them?

I used a ball joint press. Worked great
