UAC lift kit, Tuff Country, wheel selection

Hello!
2007 tahoe 5.3L Flex LT
Just ordered Tuff country lift kit, 4 front, 3 rear.
comes with UAC, and includes rear shocks, spacers front and back.
Spec says no less than 5.5 BS required.

My rim selection is American Racing baja rims and I'm getting 33" tires, most likely duratracs
-looking for advice on actual rim choice, BS and offset, I have no idea how to finalize the decision, ultimately I want the tires to be as close as possible, not looking for the "stanced" look, need to fit down trails!

Thank you for any suggestions/advice

@Billy_bourbon5 I don't have much recommendation input here but wanted to point out a couple things.

If you lift your Tahoe and keep the same offset your Tahoe will look like it is on stilts, with skinny legs so a wider offset helps give it a more proportional "big" look instead of just TALL.

And second, lift knuckles usually push the wheels out in the front so your front wheels will be significantly wider in front than in the back, compared to stock. some people run slight wheel spacers in the back to combat this.

Great response, definitely agree with your TALL comment. I'll watch the video and already like the picture of that tahoe.
I thought it was just lifted spindles that pushed the front tires out, time will tell and like you said, rear spacers may be required

What is the off set recommended by the company who made the lift?

I am not sure I have ever been down a trail that was to narrow because of a little bit of offset... lol Unless you count being on shelf roads with a couple inches of tire hanging out with no dirt under them...

Lol shelf roads? I'm talking about majority of Canadian prairie back road bush trails more suited for a quad, but used for hunting, finding camping spots, general offroading etc

I’m huge fan of RRW wheels. I have the I have the RR7-H in bronze with 0” offset. They sit just right for me and don’t poke out like some of the other wheels out there. Maybe an inch plus or minus in the front and less in the rear.


I also am running dirt king UCA’s with Fox 2.5 adjustable coil overs on stock spindles. Falken wildpeak at3 285/70/17 E rated tires. Also the wheels can be ran as bead lock if desired or run a protective ring.
