I just had this problem about a week ago my truck popped up the ol po420 code and figured out it was the cats so instead of buying more high flow cats from magna flow witch aren't cheap at all I deleted my cats all together put o2 sims on the rear o2 censers and called it a day it costed me a whole whopping $30 bucks as compared to $300 for new magna flows. Now I have no cel light on and truck runs great.

I took two 18mm spark plug non fowlers and put them together. You have to drill one out with a 1/2 inch drill bit so your o2 will screw into it. It's really easy to do and cheap you can get them at autozone there only$4.99 for a pack of two. I needed two packs because I have two rear o2s.

How is the performance and mileage with out the cats? I thought having cats in stock vehicles helps. Got to have some sort of backpressure?
