Updated Nav Disc?

Hello

I have a 07 tahoe and was thinking about upgrading to the most recent nav disk. If i do this does the interface change at all or is it just the added streets and points of interest.

My parents just bought a new equinox and the nav and radio is extremely advanced compared to ours.

I'm hoping the new nav disk would upgrade interface.

Hi mike,

I just switched from the 4.0 to the 6.0c recently. There's A significant firmware update, poi update, and a much more attractive color layout. However as you probably know the DVD isn't cheap, so it's really up to you whether it's worth it.

Also it is my impression that i'm getting a lot less spinning/humming with the new DVD, although like most things, it's probably just in my mind.
