US Speedo Black Ops

Has anyone here installed the Black Ops complete cluster from US Speedo ? I am considering one and wondered how the illumination is and if the backlights are on full time.

Don't have one, but it definitely looks like the back lights are always on when the key is on. I would also be curious about how bright it is at night.
