I'll be sure to document everything. I'm going to notch the frame right off the bat so it isn't gonna be a simple install, should be worth it in the end tho

I also have to figure out some way to adjust the panhard bar for proper axle location. Kinda sucks how they designed the bar on these trucks, should be able to cut the bracket off and remove material to center it properly. I guess I can say goodbye to driving over curbs after this lol.

How hard was the notch and how much material did you remove? If you could dial up some pics this weekend that would be sweet, would save me some head scratching. I curious how they could build an adjustable panhard with brackets for the brake line, those look burly as hell tho I'd buy all the arms and panhard in a heartbeat if they made them. Are the DJM lca brackets essential for these 7"+ or do you think I'll be fine? My pinion angle is great right now I'm just worried I'll get some vibration with the lower springs.

from my work we use a metal company they make circular plates that are 3/8 thick and 5 inches in diameter. I cut the lenth to fit between the frame rails and then cut it in half circle and weld it in from both sides. i much rather cut a semi circle then a c in the frame.

as for the trailing arm brackets I use them whenever i do a 5 inch drop. At 7 inches you will notice when you bottom out on the notch the ds gets pushed in the trans alot with the brackets it moves it back to a point i much rather have.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE DS LENGTH BEFORE YOU GO FOR A RIDE WITH THE NOTCH TO MAKE SURE IT DOESNT PUSH BACK INTO THE TRANS.
