A salesman at my nearest GM dealer in South OC, CA said that they've heard of people paying $50-$100 mark up for one. I've yet to see one in person.

Local caddy dealer had one arrive last year. Since they never charge over sticker, the first guy rolling in with the right frame of mind scooped it up. Then drive 2 hours and sold it for a $60k profit. Evidently, the folks with extremely deep pockets and want high dollar unique toys will pay the price.

There's no way to get around sales tax.

Buddy got his, he's 'meh' on it. His recent path has been a pile of X's -> X7M -> Esc regular -> Esc V.
But... he is used to 'across the pond' luxury so the domestic stuff is a bit of a let down.

I totally get it, coming from BMW land to GMC land has been an adjustment.

Mine is nice, but too loud. Love the LT4, but a Cadillac should not have open exhaust during touring mode. It's a touring machine, but needs more refinement.
