Vanquish vs Phillips Led 921

I have Phillips 921 LEDs as my reverse bulbs until I experienced failure of both taillights. When they replaced them they took my bulbs. I have some concern that using an aftermarket bulb could be related to the failure and we all know how expensive the lights are. Has anyone had any direct experience comparing Vanquish with the Phillips? Anyone able to chime in on relation to taillight failure?

I bought fog LEDs from Vanquish and LOVE them! Extremely bright and I've been running them now for 21 months without a single issue.

leds may in fact extend the life of your light's, incandescent's create a lot of heat and heat kills

I'm just very concerned that LEDs could be related to the failure and I'll be replacing tail lights again in 2 years. That's a $1600 problem I don't want to have,but I loved the back up illumination I got from LEDs

I would stay away from Vanquish if I was you. Plenty of other LED bulb resellers out there with better customer support and service.

You might want to do a search on this forum and look at any threads related to Vanquish Auto as several have had customer service related issues and not just one isolated incident. It would be interesting to look at any other forums that they may advertise on to see their customer service experiences.

I've had great experience with Vanquish Auto in regards to the LEDs I've got from them.

When I originally purchased LED's from them I was getting HI's, Fogs, and Reverse LED bulbs. I PM'd them with a ton of questions and even though it was a late Friday evening he PM'd me right back and we messaged back and forth for almost 30-45 mins with Q&A, was super responsive especially for "after normal business hours".

Though I haven't gotten the HIs installed yet. I own a 2015 Yukon XL Denali and apparently some of the early models had 5202 fog light bulbs, so that's what I received. Then about 3-4 months later (after I waited for the weather to warm up) I went to install and noticed that the 5202 bulbs are not what I had in the fog lights, I needed PSX26W bulbs for my fogs instead. I PM'd Vanquish auto explained my vehicle, gave him my original date of purchase, sent him some pics, and even though it had been months since my original purchase they had me replacement PSX26W bulbs shipped out in less than 24 hrs!

Overall my experience was great; They're bulbs are SUPER BRIGHT, seem to be of good quality, and all the wiring and connectors are quality too.
