I know which one your talking about . For the 3rd Gen ram. Yea super popular and every single one of them swore by that set up. .
I think it was a air raid kit.
4th gen also, and the vararam is the huge intake that works kind of like a huge hood scoop. I was going to buy one but ended up moving on. Tuning and parts are too complicated on mopar for me.

If it worked, there would be less vacuum in the intake manifold at full throttle. We have yet to see proof of that, on these vehicles. No idea on the Mopars.

It's just that I see that performance autos that make a point to have ram air induction
