Very dumb question

How in the hell do you hook up a trailer pig tail on our tahoe's? I been looking and not sure what wires hook where. The one on my plug is labeled but I don't know the color codes on our **'s. Anyone know??

You need a diagram of the whole thing for up to seven wires?

Just need 4 wire hook up. Turn L/R, tail/marker and ground. Thanks

should be a universal type plug on the trailer

R...dark green

tail/marker... brown

and ground... white

You can/could also purchase an adapter that plugs into the factory harness - basically the same as splicing the wires, but more plug/play. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/REH-74180/
