Not happy with the support your getting from others. After experiencing a circus with one company I decided to do some research into others that provide tuning services. Follow the link below to PCM, and no.... not the PCM under the hood which someone suggested PCM stood for.

I do want to start off by saying I have no experience with and nothing against the popular "other company" you mention.

However, I live close to PCM of NC and wanted to have an in-person tune done so I could be there. I had a great experience with them. The truck runs like an animal on the custom 93 tune they did for me. I know they do mail-order tunes that a lot of people use too.

They are very popular in NC and I have heard a lot of good feedback from others who have used them on other GM forums as well.

Not to far from me, I am almost read for a tune, It would be between PCM or Tick Motorsports, both stand up companies.

It's amazing really how many of these tune services are around. I've visited three in Louisville and all three have waiting list. I should have done some research before doing anything. I enjoyed my visit to PCM (not ECM) and I was very impressed with their operation.

Yes I drove all the way to Mooresville NC but not just for a tune. After some research I found that PCM was very well thought of and did much more than just tune. I was going to be in the area anyway so I thought why not?
