Vibrating in my gas pedal

okay so i left for work and got up to 40 and there was a vibrating in my gas pedal. it was just my gas pedal. nothing else was vibrating or shuddering. i thought maybe it was a misfire. but it wasnt a misfire still running good. anyone have this problem. it mainly happens around 40-50 miles per hour. anyone have a clue whats going on? any help would greatly be appreciated.

the only thing i have done to it is... new exhaust. new intake manifold gaskets. just did the oil cooler mounting kit yesterday. a new sound system.

ohh and i also checked the height of my truck all the way around and noticed that my driver's side front was down 3/4 of inch and everything else was even. at 37 inches. so i cranked my torsion bar up and leveled it out. does that have anything to do with the vibrating in my gas pedal?

I would look for a loose cable or pedal linkage that is resonating with your vehicle or engine speed.

thats wat it is... its resonating with my cam and magnaflow muffler....

is your pedal loose too? or is it just the harmonics of your setup?

Mine has a strange vibration too when I'm just barely pressing it in...maybe 1/24 WOT, but it goes away as soon as I move it in or out some.

mine vibrates sometimes but goes away if u press it also

May be worn motor or trans mounts. I would check the attachment points for the cable and the bolts on the pedals 1st though.

u=yea my dad drove it around for awhile... he thinks its the harmonics of everything...
